McElhinney Real Estate Alliance is an auctioneer and estate agent in Donegal. We have two property sales offices operating in County Donegal, one in Milford in the North of the county and the other in Bundoran to the South, dealing with property in Milford, property in Bundoran, holiday homes in Donegal and also other property for sale in Ireland.

McElhinney Real Estate Alliance, Milford has been involved in the property business for over 25 years. The principal, Agnes McElhinney (nee Watters) gained valuable experience whilst working with her late uncle and father in the firm of J.M Watters and Son, Milford, M.I.A.V.I. which was established in 1873 by her grandfather John Watters. Together with her husband, Eric, they have developed a progressive firm providing a personalized business to all their clients. Within the past few years they have been joined by their son, Paul, who has completed a degree in property Studies and is a member of the IAVI.

The office in the Main Street of Milford services the peninsulas of Fanad and Rosguill providing sales, valuation and other property related services. The office also accommodates an insurance broker which will be able to offer competitive quotes for your insurance requirements.

McElhinney Bundoran

John McElhinney set up McElhinney Real Estate Alliance Bundoran 40 years ago and was joined by his son Michael McElhinney 15 years later. The offices are located in Main Street Bundoran and offer  sales and valuation to south west Donegal clientele. The offices have been refurbished with new digital display screens which provide enhanced displays of customer's properties.
